Third edition: Digital Health Course and Digital Transformation

The pandemic has dramatically accelerated the application of digital technologies in health care. Now, it will be necessary to review and order their usefulness and efficiency in the post-pandemic situation.

With this starting point and taking into account the moment we are living in, there are many challenges in our healthcare system.

Therefore, digital health is understood as an opportunity that has great potential to contribute to overcoming many of these challenges. However, we need to be very aware of the patient’s role in all of this and the world around him because having a patient connected to the Health system means having a more empowered, committed patient and more aware of his health status, a fact that it helps us all. Furthermore, this happens through a digital transformation that involves the organizations and the professionals who work there.

In this course, we bring those tools and resources to reflect and be prepared to deal with new ways of doing and working with this digital transformation and the impact of disruptive technologies in the health field. Technologies with which we will only be able to work if we know and put in context the opportunities they provide us and their impact.
