New IHA statutes for Advancing Strategic Growth and Global Alignment

Innohealth Academy takes a step forward, amending the statutes to develop strategic growth and global alignment and strengthen the legal and organizational framework in line with its institutional evolution, growing activity and national and international strategic orientation:

  • Enhancing IHA’s capacity to access national and international funding through national and international public funding programmes aligned with innovation, health systems transformation, and global development cooperation.
  • Strengthening alignment with global health and development goals, including international cooperation, sustainability, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in our mission and strategic actions.
  • Modernising governance structure, reinforcing transparency, diversity, financial oversight, and a dynamic model of leadership renewal.
  • Promoting broader participation, incorporating new membership forms and collaboration with key stakeholders across public, private, academic, and third sectors.
  • Establishing internal mechanisms to ensure ethical leadership, gender equality, and institutional accountability, including external audits, ethical oversight, and updated internal regulations.

With these new statutes, the IHA is poised to become a global leader in healthcare innovation, uniting experts and institutions to address the pressing challenges of 21st-century healthcare.
